Highlights
A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against a National Institutes of Health (NIH) contractor's solicitation for support services. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that its protest warranted consideration under the significant-issue exception to the timeliness rules. GAO held that the protest did not raise any issues of widespread interest to the procurement community that it had not previously addressed. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
