[Appeal of Claims Group's Partial Denial of Air Force Employee's Request for Waiver of Erroneous Salary Overpayments]

An Air Force employee appealed the partial denial of his request for a waiver of salary overpayments. GAO held that the claimant accepted part of the erroneous payments after the Air Force notified him of the error. Accordingly, the request for waiver was denied.
