Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) solicitation. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it received notice of initial adverse agency action. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that it mailed its protest to GAO several days before the deadline. GAO held that it did not timely receive the protest. Accordingly, the original dismissal was affirmed.
