A carrier claimed a refund for an amount the Air Force collected from it for damages to a member's household goods, contending that the Air Force did not adequately describe the damaged goods. GAO held that the Air Force provided the carrier with full documentation of the damage within the required time limit. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
