Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its untimely protest against an Army solicitation amendment, contending that, since the basis for its protest was the publication of its bid price in the Commerce Business Daily, its protest was timely. GAO held that: (1) the protester untimely protested more than 10 days after the Army advised it of the amendment; and (2) the publication of the protester's contract prices did not affect the protest's timeliness. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
