[Comments on Monetary Gift From Librarian of Congress]

The General Counsel of the Library of Congress requested formal approval for acceptance of a substantial gift from the Librarian of Congress to establish a publication fund to be administered as a revolving fund. GAO had no objection to the form of the gift or to the Library's acceptance of it.
