A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against an Air Force solicitation, contending that its original protest that the awardee was nonresponsible was an allegation that the solicitation contained definitive responsibility criteria that were not met. GAO held that the protester failed to provide evidence that would have allowed GAO to review the Air Force's responsibility determination. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
