An Album of GAO Buildings

This article, which appeared in the GAO Review, Vol. 21, Issue 3, Summer 1986, discusses the history of GAO's search for a permanent location. Although GAO was established in 1921, it did not have its own building until 1951, after 30 years of numerous temporary homes.
