[Question Concerning Terms of Office for D.C. Retirement Board Members]

GAO addressed issues pertaining to the number of terms and years in office the original members of the District of Columbia Retirement Board are eligible to serve. GAO concluded that original members of the Board are each limited by law to one full term beyond their initial term regardless of the length of their initial appointment.
