Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest concerning the Army's rejection of its bid. The protest was initially dismissed because it did not state the basis for the protest. After the protest was reinstated, it was dismissed because the protester failed to respond to the Army's report on the protest within 7 working days after the report was received as required by bid protest regulations. In its request for reconsideration, the protester urged consideration of its protest because it was received late due to an incorrect address. Accordingly, since incorrect addresses do not toll the timeliness requirements of protest regulations, the prior dismissal was affirmed.
