A firm requested reconsideration of the dismissal of its request for reconsideration of the dismissal of its protest because it was not filed within 10 working days after the basis of the request was known. The protester contended that the request was timely filed. GAO found that, while the protester may have filed a timely request for reconsideration, its protest was properly dismissed as untimely since it was filed more than a month after the dismissal of its protest. Accordingly, the dismissal of the request for reconsideration was affirmed.
