Highlights

A firm protested a Department of Energy contractor's rejection of its proposal for the design, manufacture, and testing of air filter housings. The protester contended that the contractor's evaluation of its technical proposal and subsequent rejection of its proposal as technically unacceptable were improper. GAO determined that the rejection of the proposal was proper since the protester failed to provide adequate information concerning its testing system as required by the solicitation. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
