[Request for Information Concerning DOE Utility Service Contract]

GAO requested Department of Energy comments as to whether the Administrative Procedure Act applies to: (1) the issuance of any new type of contract for uranium enrichment services; (2) any amendments or modification of the uranium enrichment service criteria; (3) any price change for uranium enrichment services; and (4) accounting changes that affect the prices charged for uranium enrichment services.
