[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision which denied its protest of a contract award. The firm contended that the awardee was nonresponsive because the party signing the bid did so as an individual rather than on behalf of the corporation. Since the protester failed to advance any new facts or legal arguments which showed that the earlier decision was incorrect, the request for reconsideration was denied.
