Reverse Discrimination: Legal Challenges and Major Court Decisions

This article, which appeared in the GAO Review, Vol. 18, Issue 3, Summer 1983, focused on court decisions and legal challenges relating to reverse discrimination, citing cases chronologically to show the historical development of discrimination case law. GAO noted that it has developed equal employment opportunity goals that it believes are reasonable in light of problems disclosed by periodic analyses of its work force.
