[Request for Upward Price Adjustment in Contract Under EPA Grant]

A firm requested an upward price adjustment in its contract which was awarded under a solicitation issued by a sanitation agency pursuant to an Environmental Protection Agency grant. GAO only considers requests to correct bids on solicitations pursuant to Federal grants when they are submitted before contract awards are made. Because the firm accepted a contract award before it submitted its mistake claim, GAO dismissed the firm's request for correction.
