[Request for Reconsideration of Decision Issued in Response to Court Request]

A firm requested reconsideration of a GAO decision that was rendered in response to an expression of interest from the U.S District Court for the District of Columbia. GAO will not reconsider a decision that was rendered in response to a court's expression of interest unless the court expresses an interest in the reconsideration as well. In this instance, the court did not indicate such an interest. Accordingly, the firm's request was dismissed.
