[Request for Investigation of Administration of Navy Contract]

A firm requested an investigation of the Navy's administration of its contract, contending that the contract was not being administered properly. Under bid protest procedures, GAO does not consider how contracting officers administer contracts that have been awarded. Such matters should be pursued under the contract's disputes procedures.
