A firm protested the Navy's decision not to exercise an option in a contract for an additional 1-year performance period. GAO held that it would not consider such a protest because the option was exercisable at the sole discretion of the agency and, therefore, was a matter of contract administration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
