[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision which denied its protest of a determination that it was nonresponsible and, therefore, that its quotation for an intrusion detection system and installation at an Army facility was rejected. Since the protester did not show any error of fact or law in the decision, GAO affirmed its prior decision.
