Highlights

A firm requested that GAO reconsider its decision which dismissed as untimely the requester's protest concerning an Air Force procurement. The requester maintained that its protest was timely, because it initiated the protest on the basis of information furnished at a debriefing conducted by the Air Force. GAO noted that the significance of the debriefing was considered in reaching the prior decision. Therefore, the requester did not meet its obligation to provide new information which had not been previously considered nor did it allege an error of fact or law in that decision. Further, since the information had been previously considered, the good cause exception was not applicable. Accordingly, the request was denied.
