[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a prior decision which dismissed its protest against the specifications used by the Department of Justice in a solicitation. Bid protest procedures require that requests for reconsideration be filed within 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration is known or should have been known. Since the request was not filed within the required timeframe, it was dismissed as untimely.
