Highlights

A firm alleged that it had a valid contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) and filed a money claim because of the agency's refusal to honor the contract and an offered contract price reduction. The Contract Disputes Act of 1978 requires that all claims relating to a contract be filed with the contracting officer for a decision. Accordingly, since GAO does not consider such claims, the claim was dismissed.
