[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a GAO decision which dismissed as untimely its protest of a Navy solicitation. Bid protest procedures require that a request for reconsideration must contain a detailed statement of the factual and legal grounds upon which reversal or modification of a decision is deemed warranted. The firm did not state any grounds upon which a reconsideration was sought. Therefore, the request for reconsideration was denied.
