Highlights

A company requested reconsideration of a prior decision in which GAO dismissed in part and denied in part its protest against specification requirements and matters of responsibility in connection with an invitation for bids issued by the Army. Bid protest procedures require that requests for reconsideration be filed within 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration is known or should have been known. This protest was filed more than 24 working days after issuance of the decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was dismissed as untimely.
