Request for Reconsideration Concerning Determination of Low Bidder's Responsibility

A firm requested a second reconsideration of a decision which dismissed the firm's protest against the procuring agency's affirmative determination of the low bidder's responsibility. The subsequent decision affirmed the previous decision. The protester disagreed with all of the findings. However, the protester did not show any errors of law or fact in the decision's dismissal of its protest against the contracting officer's affirmative determination of the low bidder's responsibility. Accordingly, the prior decision was affirmed.
