Request for Reconsideration

A firm requested reconsideration of a GAO decision which was rendered in response to an expression of interest from a superior court in connection with a civil action. GAO has held that, whenever material issues are before a court of competent jurisdiction, a reconsideration of the prior decision will be conducted only if there is an expressed interest by the court. Since the court did not indicate an interest in a review of the previous decision, no further action was taken. Accordingly, the firm's request was dismissed.
