Propriety of a Sole-Source Procurement of Credit Reference Services

A protester requested reconsideration of a prior decision dismissing its protest as untimely. Reconsideration was urged by the protester who restated its position that the question raised the propriety of a sole source procurement of credit reference services. Reconsideration on grounds of information not previously considered will be granted only when GAO overlooked information in its possesssion or when parties presented newly discovered information; and a previous decision dismissing a protest as untimely is affirmed where a protest dealt with one procurement only and had no wider impact. The previous decision was affirmed.
