Request for Reconsideration

Ikard Manufacturing Company requested reconsideration of a decision denying its protest of a small purchase award. Since the request for reconsideration was received more than 10 working days after the basis for the reconsideration should have been known by Ikard, the request was untimely and not for consideration.
