Notification of Initial Adverse Agency Action

A company's bid for a Defense Logistics Agency contract has been declared nonresponsive and the company's protest of that decision untimely. GAO Protest Procedures allow 10 working days following notification of the award of a contract to file a protest. The company failed to meet this requirement and the protest was dismissed for that reason.
