Securing Settlement of Unexpired Lease

The claimant requested payment for the loss of his security deposit when he was transferred from one location to another and it was necessary for him to break his lease. Pursuant to Federal Travel Regulations, the claimant may be reimbursed for the loss of his security deposit plus accumulated interest.
