Agency Decision To Approve Item To Be Furnished Under Prime Contract Is Matter of Contract Administration

Protested is the approval by the General Services Adminstration (GSA) of certain dock pads to be furnished by a supplier to GSA's prime contractor. The protester claimed that the approved item did not meet specification requirements.
