Claim for Amount Deducted for Damages to Household Goods

A company protested the disallowance of its claim for an amount deducted by the Government from moneys due the company because of damages to a shipment of household goods. The record contained evidence that the articles were improperly packed by warehousemen. The settlement should be revised, and the company's claim for moneys deducted should be allowed.
