Request for Reconsideration of Propriety of Grant Award

A company requested reconsideration of a decision declining to determine the propriety of an award made pursuant to a grant because the matter had been decided in a court case. GAO does not consider complaints concerning the propriety of particular grant awards and will not consider this matter.
