Claim for Payment of Unpaid Bill for Meals and Lodging

A lodge owner's claim for payment of a bill for meals and lodging incurred by an employee was questioned. Although the agency had requested the lodge owner to furnish the meals and lodging to employees on temporary duty, the unpaid bill was a personal debt and may not be paid by the agency.
