Bid With Discrepancy between Unit Price and Extended Price Was Properly Corrected

A company protested a contract award, stating that the awardee's bid was not the low bid based on unit price calculations. The contracting officer properly corrected the bid which had a discrepancy between the unit price and the extended price because of an apparent clerical decimal point error.
