Report of Survey Assessing Employee Liability

The business agent of a labor union requested review of a decision assessing liability of an Air Force employee for the disappearance of two cases of sunglasses. A Report of Survey conducted pursuant to Air Force regulations found the employee liable, and GAO has no authority to review such determinations.
