Request for Waiver of Overpayment of Pay

A reemployed annuitant requested a waiver of overpayments because the agency failed to deduct the amount of the annuity from her salary despite repeated efforts to have the agency correct its error. The request for waiver was denied because the employee continued to accept the overpayments although she knew they were erroneous.
