Reimbursement of Cost of Insurance on Commercially Leased Vehicle

An advance decision was requested concerning an employee's claim for reimbursement of the cost of insurance on a commercial vehicle rented for official business. The employee may not be reimbursed since there was no clarification of the type of insurance purchased nor of the requirement for insuring vehicles rented by the U.S. Government.
