Reinstatement of Protest Withdrawn Following Agreement with Agency

The protester withdrew its protest after the Air Force agreed to provide them with information regarding other offerors and technical evaluations under the request for technical proposals to the extent allowable by regulation. The protest that the Air Force had not furnished all the data involved was not appropriate for review since no procurement action was involved. In addition, the Air Force has now furnished a substantial portion of the data, apparently to the protester's satisfaction. Portions of the protest were untimely filed and not for consideration. The remaining issues of the protest were denied.
