An employee claimed reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in connection with jury duty since, for 15 of the 20 days he was on jury duty, he was also able to report for his usual employment. The employee was not entitled to a reduction or offset against his remuneration for jury duty which was paid over to the Federal Government. He was also not entitled to a travel allowance since the expenses claimed were incident to his duty as a State citizen and not as an employee of the United States.
