Review of Deduction To Satisfy Overcharge against Shipment

Review was requested of a deduction to satisfy an overcharge against a shipment transported by a Government bill of lading. Tariff rules require an arbitrary charge to be computed on truckload minimum weight, not on actual weight of the shipment. The carrier may be reimbursed for the deduction.
