Request for Rescission of Sales Contract

After receiving a contract award, a company alleged that it had made a mistake in its bid and requested rescission of the contract. The contracting officer was not placed on constructive notice of a possible error, and the wide range in bid prices did not reasonably raise a presumption of error. There is no legal basis for rescinding the contract.
