A transferred employee claimed reimbursement for expenses involved in a quit claim of his interest in a land contract to his mother who subsequently sold the land to a third party. The employee's expenses in conveying the land to his mother were reimbursable under Federal Travel Regulations, but expenses of the subsequent reconveyance of the property to the third party were not reimbursable.
