An employee on prolonged temporary duty claimed the entire expense of apartment rental, including telephone, utilities, and maid service, for an apartment she shared with her husband at his official duty station. The employee cannot be reimbursed for the expenses of the apartment, and claims for dinners cannot be reimbursed unless the agency determines the amounts to be reasonable.
