Claim for Unreturned Containers

A vendor claimed that the agency did not return bottled gas containers after the supplies were used. The supplier can be paid for each gas container not returned by the agency in accordance with delivery invoices. The supplier should be reimbursed, based on the cost of replacement, for the liquid vessel not returned.
