Refusal by the Department of Labor To Add a Classification to a Wage Determination

Reconsideration was requested of a decision that GAO was precluded from reviewing the refusal by the Department of Labor (DOL) to add a certain classification to a wage determination. The decision was affirmed since there was no showing of material error of fact or law, and this case was distinguished from a decision cited because the latter did not involve refusal by DOL to add a classification to a wage determination.
