Claim for Travel Expenses by Civilian Teacher

A former civilian teacher requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for travel expenses incurred in commuting between his residence at his old duty station and his new duty station. Although assignment to the new station may have been improper, there is no authority to reimburse the employee for commuting from home to the new duty station.
