Highlights

After GAO declined to consider a protest questioning size status, the company again protested the agency's decision to exercise its first-year option and urged that the Small Business Administration (SBA) be allowed to make a size determination. The protest was not considered since the agency had forwarded the protest to SBA for consideration in future actions, and the objections related to contract administration which is not for GAO resolution. Authority to determine business size status is vested in SBA.
