Reconsideration of Claim for Reimbursement of Loan Origination Fee

A transferred employee requested reconsideration of denial of his claim for reimbursement of a loan origniation fee incurred in connection with a home purchase. The denial was affirmed because the fee is considered a finance charge within the meaning of Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R 226.4(a).
